To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all our guests and staff, the Management of Bagaincha Resort and Spa reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who fails to comply with the following terms and regulations:

1. Children’s Safety

·     Children must never be left unattended
in balconies or allowed to climb on furniture inside the room.

·    Children should be accompanied by an
adult when using stairways or accessing elevated or potentially unsafe
areas of the resort.

2. Dress Code & Hygiene in Public Areas

·     For safety and hygiene reasons, entry to
restaurants and food service areas without footwear is not permitted.

·      Guests are requested to avoid wearing
swimwear in restaurants. A t-shirt or appropriate cover-up attire is
required in all indoor dining spaces.

3. Room Use and Visitor Policy

·     Hotel rooms are strictly for accommodation
purposes only. All individuals staying must be properly
registered at the reception upon check-in.

·     Unregistered visitors are not
allowed in guest rooms or other guest-only areas. In cases of unauthorized
entry, an additional charge per person will be applied to the
registered guest’s account.

4. Smoking Policy

·     Bagaincha Resort and Spa is a
non-smoking property. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

·     Designated smoking areas are provided for guests
who wish to smoke. Please use them responsibly and avoid disturbing other guests.

5. Noise and Conduct

·     Please maintain an appropriate noise
level at all times to preserve the peaceful environment of the resort.

·     Behavior that causes disruption,
disturbance, or discomfort to other guests will not be tolerated and
may result in removal from the premises.

6. Valuables and Personal Belongings

·     Guests are advised not to leave
valuables unattended. The hotel does not accept liability for lost,
stolen, or misplaced personal belongings.

·     Private safes are provided in each room
for your convenience and security. Use of the in-room safe is strongly
recommended.

7. Accidents and Injuries

·     While we strive to maintain a safe environment, Bagaincha
Resort and Spa cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or
incidents beyond the control of hotel management.

8. Prohibited Behavior and Activities

·     Throwing objects or garbage from windows,
balconies, or terraces is strictly prohibited.

·     Use of laser pointers, high-beam lights,
or any similar devices is not permitted within the premises.

·     Pets are not allowed inside
rooms or any indoor areas of the hotel.

9. Environmental Responsibility

·     We promote eco-friendly practices. Please use
the recycling bins provided throughout the hotel for proper
disposal of paper, glass, plastic, and aluminum waste.

·     Help us maintain a clean and sustainable
environment for all.

By staying at Bagaincha Resort and Spa, guests agree to comply with
these Terms & Conditions. Failure to do so may result in action at
the discretion of hotel management, including immediate eviction without
refund.
